GARBAGE! Called earlier in the week to order a keg of beer for my brother's wedding. They said I…read moremust speak to the manager. After speaking with the manager, he let me know my keg would be available for pick up at opening time. I arrived right at opening time to pick up the keg and the worker couldn't find it. He called the manager to verify the order and the manager didn't have any idea of my order. He had 3 kegs of a different beer ordered for a wedding. I asked if I could buy the equivalent amount in cans because they didn't have the keg I had ordered. He said no. Obviously this place doesn't care about correcting their mistakes for the customer and doesn't put any value in being an organized business. They probably won't lose business due to the local college crowd. But don't order from here for a special event and believe you'll get anything. I hope management is content with being known for running just another mediocre college party store.

They also have a good selection of beers, singles and six packs and alcoholic beverages like Mike's and Four Loko (isn't that stuff illegal now?) including mix and match six packs on local stuff. I notice a price increase shopping places other than here of at least a dollar or two. And the people are really nice and not judgmental at all no matter what you really buy. They have dutchmaster's along with the usual white owl's/swisher's. A nice party store and just a nice place if you don't want to go all the way to Meijer or Family Fare or even the dollar store.

Located in the former beloved Russo's space, the owners of Mega-Bev kept some of the gourmet grocery items and deli space in their new store. It's pretty genius to me - you can get everything you need for your party or picnic here. They have a ton of variety and I was overwhelmed looking at everything. We ended up getting a mixed 6 pack of some interesting drinks I've never seen before, which is always fun. You get a discount for making a 6 pack! The person who rang up our purchases was super friendly and let us know about some interesting new products. I don't make it to this part of town that often, but it's definitely a great spot if you need some booze!
