Nice facility and staff…read more Slow, like 47mins after your appt time and you're not even triaged slow. Yet the staff says we have 5 physician's he'll be with you shortly. Shipley's is usually a one stop shop at this location. You can get everything done in one swoop. I was scheduled for a new primary care appt but left before I was seen so I can not speak towards the service. Only can speak to the lack of regard for my time or mental state after waiting forever to see the new physician. I asked how much longer she said soon I said you told me that nearly 45mins ago. I said if I rescheduled would I be waiting long like this again she said maybe I said don't worry and left. No respect for peoples time nor any concern for their health.
