I came in to this drugs store to find it absolutely immaculate! Finding my way to the pharmacy, I was passing by an associate named Shawn. He asked how me, how was I doing. I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. I took his actions as to say, the associates at Walgreens care, whether you're in Georgia or another state, we got you! On check out the young lady possessed exemplary customer service skills and pleasantness. She was thorough in communication. I appreciate a good visit at any place I go. Poorly ran pharmacy! They don't have meds in stock like they should. And when they tell customers they've ordered it, they really didn't. So think twice when ordering to this place. You ma want to try Publix across the street or CVS at the Mall of GA. read more

I stopped by with a Saks return that I had a QR code for. I was told I needed to have the label already on the box. I showed the man that the return literally says "No need for a label." He still told me that it's only for "certain locations." It specifically asked me to return it to this location. There is no some locations do and some don't. Horrible customer service. read more

This review is in reference to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 2365 Buford Drive, Lawrenceville, GA. I have been using this Walgreens for many years...almost 19. It has always been wonderful. Unfortunately, in recent months, there is someone in the pharmacy who, in my opinion, is very condescending. There appears to be no patience and all that seems to matter is what is most convenient for them. The customer's preferences are discounted. Sadly, I will have to move to another Walgreens and hope for better customer service. I really like that Walgreens pharmacies are networked throughout the country, making it easy to fill a prescription when traveling out of state. read more

The pharmacy is usually on time with prescription. They are helpful with questions. The photo center don't often get my order right. Make sure you check your photos carefully before paying. read more

We went in for FedEx drop off... there were employees standing and looking at us like we are fools just waiting near counter, we pressed on the help me button on the counter, seemed to be a very young girl, she snapped one on the small advertisement board on the counter literally the board flew and she stopped the buzzer. Next incident she didn't even ask what is it about she dragged my package that was over the counter scanned and threw it in the place where to needs to be kept. Next thing she gave me the device to enter the number. I mean just why it's okay if you don't talk or ask questions but be nice to customers. Snapping the board like that was really hurtful, respect other humans. She was too young to be that rude. We stood their silently thinking what did just happened. I wouldn't have posted this review here, But I hope some day the girl reads this comment and understand that she unnecessarily hurt someone for no reason. You never know what one has been going through and it's completely free of cost to be kind at least don't be rude if you can't afford to be kind. You just made someone's day even worse by being rude. I'm really very scared to go here anymore oh my god the looks and the snapping and things makes you question your whole existence. This location is pretty good for scripts in terms of turn around and customer service. The one grey haired lady person/pharmacist is still making all visits cold and unpleasant thereby making it a dreadful experience. Other than that I would recommend this location especially if you can get there when she is not. read more

Great store for knick knacks, but so tired of encountering rude young adults. Respect and manners are just out the window. When a group of employees are working to stock shelves, you expect pleasantness, not rude comments or attutitude. Just do your job! The pharmacy is ridiculous. So slow. Took 30 mins just to get a prescription filled after waiting 20 in the drive thru with no response. They need to get it together! Almost an hour of waiting just to get my prescription filled!!! read more

Grouchy and rude cashier. I needed about 5 things price checked since they had no marked prices (not my fault) everything rang up more expensive than I wanted to pay so I passed. Usually a pretty good place to go. People are usually nice and don't bother you a lot . I never mind taking a trip to wal greens.

They are slower than the Walgreen's off Lawrenceville Suwanee by Kroger however they are still faster than most pharmacies.

My favorite drugstore! Their staff is very friendly and they treat me like I am family. Not only do I get to find my health needs but also can avoid going to the grocery store and save money by having my Rewards card. read more
