She looked at the program I am assigned to do and showed me equipment to enable me to do my workout even better. I had basic questions about cardio equipment and she did not make me feel silly but explained and demonstrated with me the cardio machines in question. She looked at a few exercises and checked form. I will give Felicia's contact to my Physiotherapist so he can check on new workouts and equipment he may want me to use. Welcome to the Fitness Club where people not only exercise with the same shoes they're walking…read morearound but also entering the sauna with the same shoes and some of them with socks and pants. The saddest part of it that the staff don't care at all. They're even inviting potential customers to visit the club and walk around the wet area of the club including pool with their shoes! This facility simply and definitely is not meeting hygienic standards of a public place. Unfortunately not even a head office and their customer service are concerned about it. After being a member for approximately a year I couldn't take it anymore and I cancelled my membership. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
