They charged me like a small fee after I moved out and THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY WERE GONNA CHARGE ME LIKE THAT. I ended up having debt from the Collection Bureau of America for more than $90. Don't trust google views. They are good reviews. Please please please read these reviews on yelp because we all rented units from this storage unit.

They refused to give me the contact information of someone higher in the company and then refused to contact me back. They have poorly trained employees, it appears, and customer satisfaction does not appear to mean anything to them. I would advise others to beware.

Our POD was delivered on schedule to the Middletown location (actually a day earlier than the estimate I was given). I called ahead a few days ago to ask if I could access the contents of my POD and was able to schedule it later in the week to go retrieve my items. At least for this location, the PODs can be accessed between 8am-3pm. When you arrive, you can call the number on the front door and someone will come help move your POD storage box outside with a lil truck--just make sure you bring your key! The manager (whose name I believe was Jim) was super helpful the day my dad and I tried to access my POD. We struggled to open up the pull gate (some furniture had moved in transit and jammed the door) and Jim helped us even push the box open and troubleshoot. Moving is extremely painful, so we were super grateful for his help!

I am hoping they will reimburse our last month of rent at the very least. It will not make any difference in all of the money we've lost due to damages, but at least it would be a good faith gesture. They are taking no responsibility for the damage done, and will not do any reimbursements. In fact, they do not prorate the last month of unit rent. That means the full amount for unit rental paid 12 days ago will be kept in full period a month of rent for only 12 days of years, which would have been 11 days had they closed when requested. Upon arrival to the facility a week later, Cerisa welcomed us as if we were one of the family. It was the simplest of check in processes. They even offer free internet and use of the bathroom facilities in the office. We were in an out of the facility many times moving in and then moving out. Apparently the personal generator had been sitting for 8 months prior to my use. Hopefully my next rental will be in better order.
