I was quoted 300 for 6 rooms which included steam cleaning and pet stain special treatment plus 15…read moredollars for a hallway. When he arrived he said it was 300 for 5 rooms instead of 6 and it did not include the pet stain treatment. He said for the pet stain treatment it is an extra 175 for each room plus i would need to add on the 6th room because it was not on the estimate. The 175 times 6 rooms is over 1,000 plus the 300 for the five rooms plus the add on for the 6 th room. I said for that price i could replace 2 rooms with pergo floors.... Ridiculous price. I think once he saw i live in Southlake he just decided to rip me off. Never trust this company.!!!!!!

The second time, I spoke with Russ and was quoted $120 even with my apartment being on the third floor. I called and spoke with Russ again to confirm my apartment with the same info and it was confirmed. Now fast forward to today. I was told the cost would now be $250 ( not including the extra $7 and some change fee by the guy who cleaned my carpet. Mind you, I have no damage to my carpet and both rooms are very small areas. It took him less than 20 minutes to do the job. I called and spoke with Russ again and communicated this to him and was told he would escalate this to his manager. I have yet to be called so I left a voicemail. I would NOT recommend this company due to the dishonesty and lack of care for their customers. Here's another update: a supervisor called me and argued with me. He was very aggressive and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my frustrations.
