She responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and during the booking process, Monica was always friendly and responsive in answering questions. The driver showed up exactly on time and he was also incredibly kind and patient with our long drive/event. We had a few adjustments that needed to be made to our route last minute and there was zero issue in accommodating them. Monica even was so kind to decorate the bus for the birthday passenger! When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.

Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. I really appreciate it bc after traveling for 24 hrs all you want to worry about is to go to sleep and this was one less thing off my plate to think about.
