We set an appointment for 8 am Friday morning and by 9:10 I was back on the road. I wanted to keep the tires that were on the car so they bagged them up and set them aside so I could pick them up later. All the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable - I even got a tutorial on how aligning the suspension on Mini isn't quite the same as other cars. I was told they checked tire pressures, after checking a short time later the tires were 10 pounds over inflated, never checked. I was told the tires were inspected for defects or anything abnormal, not checked. I had to take my truck to another shop and pay for what they should have done in the first place. Tires were out of balance, choppy and got rotated. All of this with about 1000 miles on them give or take. Wont be back

Ask for your quote upfront - would have gone to Walmart or Costco to get the parts for under 30$ total... 110$ for two wipers and a bulb, plus 30$ for "labor"? Ridiculous. Never returning. He got me right in without an appointment and I watched tv and read on my Kindle using their free Wi-Fi. The "cherry on top of the sundae" was that he had me completed in 35 or 40 minutes. Unheard of! It always takes an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires. Ken had put two techs on the job even though they were moderately busy at the time.
