This morning, I had found myself on the side of the road trapped in mud when I attempted to avoid crashing into a rather large dog. After HOURS, and I mean hours of trying to contact other towing companies and having them hang up on me and the 911 Dispatcher, we ran into this towing company. Not only were they willing to drive out of their usual area to help me; when I had called them back and told them that we had found another person closer, the tow man was thoughtful enough to still come out all that way and stay with me until the other towing company got there. I am very grateful he did because that other towing company was simply just plain RUDE. 1000000/10 Would choose this towing company again 100 times over.

My vehicle unexpectedly,died, less than two miles from home. I could not even turn on my hazard…read morelights. Thankfully the first person who drove by, was a county Constable. He was unable to jump my battery so I needed a tow. Because I am in Mineola, I called the closest towing company, which was Wyatt's Towing Service. Steve answered the phone, took my information and, in less than 20 minutes, a truck was there. The driver was courteous and efficient. He confirmed that the car could not be jumped and needed a tow. He confirmed the location where it would go, gave me the option of paying him or paying when I met him at the dealership. My vehicle was carefully loaded onto his truck and delivered safely and promptly to the repair shop. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Given the frustration of my situation, I could not have had a better experience.

Made it to a gas station in Campbell and my Tahoe shut down completely. Called Dalton with Kirby Automotive and he quoted a price and said give him about 30 minutes and he would be there. He showed up in the time frame he quoted, loaded my Tahoe on the flatbed and towed it to Cooper with me and my momma riding as a passenger. Dalton is very polite and respectful. Red River towing was an absolute life saver (and sanity saver) after out car was stuck in the mud…read moreand continued to slowly sink. Nothing we did could get us out. I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.
