I took pictures before turning car In there were no scratches on the Inside of the trunk before dropping the car off. Upon picking up the car up the car i now have several scratches on the Inside of the trunks lid which had to be removed for the repairs. Also they replaced the snap wrong ones causing the inner layer to be loose. Also they did not clean up the inner trunk before returning the car. Last but not least the customer service was horrible. He wasn't willing to address any of my concerns related to the Job and the over all consition of the car after repairs. He was rude and disrespectful to me overall as a customer.

I can not say enough good things about this place. Had an issue that a gasket had a manufactures defect and failed and left my wife stranded 30 miles from home. This part failure was part of a repair they performed. We told them where the car was and that the keys were under the seat. They towed the vehicle back to Cuero, made the repair within 24 hours and did not charge us a cent.
