They called and we talked about the car I was looking at. I told them it was a 2 hour drive for me to come down and look at the car. I wanted to make sure we could agree on a price. 21,000 out the door tax title and license out the door. Vanessa assured me yes we can DEFINITELY negotiate to that price. I arrive to the dealership only to find that this was a straight up lie. We delt with a guy named Adam and did everything we were supposed to just for them to say that a bank accepted us and let us leave and have the truck for 2 weeks before they decided to tell us that we didn't sign paperwork and that we basically " stole" it. One thing he forgot was he sent the paperwork to my husband and it was signed and everything then when we went to get the paperwork they said it wasn't never signed, so umm tell me this why let someone drive off with a brand new 2024 truck? Anyways if you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend NOT going to dodge in Cuero tx. The main guy how was I've it allowed it to happen the hole place is a big lie. They act nice and sweet and try to get you deals just to do you wrong and crook you out. My wife and I have been looking for a Ram Truck 2500 to pull a 5th wheel with the 360-camera system to help with backing it into places. Madison called us that she found a truck for us but ended up being a diesel vs. gas and a larger price tag with the diesel. The diesel had everything we wanted for pulling a 5th wheel, but we really wanted gas. While we were at the store, she found us a gas version of the diesel they had in San Antonio. We worked on price and was able to get everything completed within a few hours. She was able to have it delivered the next morning. It still needs the 5th wheel prep and cameras, but she said that could be installed in San Antonio. Madison did a great job and highly recommend going to her for any vehicle needs you have at the dealership. She has followed up with scheduling our 5th wheel prep and camera install. read more

2 hours away from home and our Dodge Ram truck's check engine light comes on. We cannot drive over 50 mph. Called Cuero Dodge which was about 20 minutes out. We were told the Diesel mechanic was completely busy but they could check the code. Long story short, we would have had to wait until Monday to get our truck looked at. The nearest car rental was about 40 minutes away in Victoria. We had our dog and a truck full of coolers, and misc gear for our vacation. We were told they will not let pets ride in their rentals. We had no idea what we were to do at this point. The service Advisor Debbie Crawford talked to the Diesel Mechanic and she was able to get him to work on our truck immediately. Two hours later our truck was fixed and we were back on the road off on our vacation. They went above and beyond in customer service and words cannot explain our appreciation.
