They blamed it on the van being old (it's less than 15 years old and in good shape) and having corroded lugs, but I rotated the tires a week before myself and know they aren't. I spoke to the shop manager and he told me that 4 of the lugs were good there was just the one broken one, so I said I'd order the wheel hub and do it myself. My grandparents drove it around and even went on the interstate with only two good lugs holding the wheel on during the 2 days when I was waiting on the part to come in. They could have been seriously hurt or killed by the shop's incompetence. I even went in and spoke to the shop afterward in case they weren't aware of how bad they left it, and all they tried to blame it on me for wanting to fix it myself to save $500 for two hours of my time.

When I called them to ask about it and complained at the length of time I was told that "I don't owe you a damn thing" and was hung up on.
