The office personnel were apologetic about it. No, problem, these things happen. They said they had already gotten the parts, so I elected to bring it back that following Monday, since I had some things a had to do with my truck over the weekend. I dropped my truck off the following Monday before work and was able to pick it by the end of the week. I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

That evening, the manager called and said he wasn't certain about the transmission but was very sure the water pump was shot and so was the idler pulley bearing. He came over and took my door apart before claiming that he couldnt fix it. He then charged me 145 for labor, and $135 for a part that he told me himself he got from A junkyard. I then took the car to a real mechanic, where i discovered That he had done $500 worth of damage to my door. So I ended up getting ripped off by these people as well as having to pay a real mechanic to fix the damage he caused.
