Sent an email in late September or early October 2025 with pictures of my RV, and requested if this work could be done by H&H, and if so, get an online estimate to have front cap repainted. No response after a couple of weeks, so I called and talked to the owner. He said he was just returning from vacation, and that he would take a look at the pictures and get back to me. I said no problem, as I am in no serious rush. Three months later, I'm still waiting for that response. Sent email with same pictures again in early December 2025, again no response at all. Taking my business elsewhere. Maybe H&H is so good that they are too busy to take on new work, but I guess I'll never know? read more

I recently had my Lexus repaired at H & H Collision for damage done to the underneath of my car, after hitting a large and deep pot hole. For some reason the protective covering on my Lexus was removed on the front hood. This was a mistake, but H & H made it right with no additional charge. When I picked up the car, the hood had been re-painted and the car had been cleaned inside and out. It looked like a new car. I would recommend H & H Collision to anyone. You would be crazy to go anywhere else for car repairs or tires! H&H Collision is the only place that I'll take my vehicles. They have done work to my Chevy Silverado, Honda Accord, Mercedes C220, and my Ford Thunderbird- I've never had an issue and they even gave each car a complete detail before giving me the keys back. I just had a minor accident in my 2015 Chevy Colorado and, after talking with Mike and Craig, scheduled it in for repair. Superb customer service is exactly what will bring me back to H&H every time. The damage to my newly purchased, used vehicle, was fixed in a flash. I was missing a bolt and the technician went right to work servicing my car by adding the bolt I needed. It always helps when someone is honest and caring in the automotive industry. That's exactly what I experienced at H&H. The tech noticed my tire looked a little low as well, had me pull around the building, put air in and checked for any leaks. Horrible place to take your vehicle. I took my car there to get fixed as I was in an automobile accident the gentleman I delt with's name was Craig. He not only didn't have a clue to what he was talking about he also changed the price of the cost of damage from regular quote. So when we received our bill when the vehicle was finished it was a lot more than the original quote. I would not recommend this place to anyone not to mention the paint does not match the original color and we had to take it to another shop to be repainted, when I mentioned this to them they told me it was the lighting but it clearly wasn't and coast me another 1875 to have the vehicle resanded a and painted.. The customer service here is outstanding! I can't recommend H&H Collison enough. My boyfriend and I were traveling south on 75 and got into an accident the night before Christmas Eve. We called H&H the next morning (Christmas Eve)and they looked at our vehicle immediately. Since we were from out of town our main concern was to get our car driveable as soon as possible. The mechanics really kept this concern in mind and helped us get back on the road in under an hour assuring us that we would be safe enough for the four drive north- they also helped explain some of the repairs they did in the shop as well as the additional repairs we would need to tell our home mechanic about. I honestly can't say enough about the customer service and timeliness of the whole operation, especially considering it was Christmas Eve. They truly made our Christmas and helped us turn around a horrible situation. If we lived just a bit closer this would absolutely be my go to repair shop. read more
