Walt Luti quoted me $10 a tire for for lawn and garden tires to be mounted on my rims. They called me later saying it was going to be more like $20/tire because they were difficult to mount. I asked if they were successful mounting one, it was holding air, and no scratches on the rim? They did not have it mounted, holding air, and there were scratches. I went in to check and there were gouges down to the metal in several locations. Took my tires/rims to another shop and they mounted all tires with no problem and were able to smooth down all the scratches to get tires mounted without additional damage. I will not be going back to Walt Luti in the future. read more

From the quality of care to the efficiency of appointments, you can count on the folks at Walt Luti to take care of you. I made an appointment, telling them exactly what I thought needed to be done. I received a phone call shortly after I got home telling me they could do the work I asked, but it really didn't need to be done. Scott proceeded to tell me what work truly needed to be completed, and saved me $400 in the process. My daughter went in a few years ago and Mike took care of her as though she was their kid sister - and that is worth a million dollars to me. Highly recommended to family and friends. first off I find out that an employee was not doing his job literally as I got home this morning. this is unbelievably the most corrupt place I've been. Supposedly Alignments were being done.... but not really. the guy has since been fired but how many vehicles out there still need their alignment which was paid for by hard working Lebanon citizens. secondly, Scott Lutti behind the front desk absolutely treated a customer this morning like he was 12 years old. The gentleman was only asking about information on a certain tire and Scott Lutti literally disrespected him told him to figure it out on his own. wow! I was sitting in the waiting room watching this unfold. Scott proceeds to tell him he is blind and cannot see his info for the tires. needless to say. they let blind guys work at tire shops!!! anyways I will never return and hopefully the innocent customer never returns as well. this is unfortunate because this place is a reputable business. read more

Strongly advise against buying products and services from Walt Luti Tire. I had Walt Luti Tire install new tires and brakes on my horse trailer. Took the trailer back to have them inspect my bearings. The service tech insisted that I replace three bearings because they were wore out. After replacing the bearings, I noticed that the trailer had NO brakes. Before I brought the trailer in, the brakes worked perfectly. I called the dealership and they said to bring it back. When I brought it back, the same service tech said it wasn't his fault that the brakes were working and blamed it on the trailer axle. It cost me $150 to take it to a different shop to realize that when the tech installed the bearings, he didn't replace the seals. So when they repacked the bearings with grease, the grease went all over my brake pads which resulted in my trailer having NO brakes. I will never use Walt Luti Tire again and advise everyone to avoid using them. Skip Harrison read more

this is the place to buy your tires. they are lower cost and better service than the national chains . they will know you by name on return visits and treat you like family. my truck is on her 3rd set of luti tires and at 200,000 miles is going strong. they are great at oil changes and other service. real pros and polite friendly service. we would not take our cars any where else for tires. read more

They suck. It took them 3 tries to get a simple coolant change completed properly, so that it wouldn't leak. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had 4 tires put on my 82 year old mothers car and paid in cash. Asked if it would be ok if it could sit there for a couple of hours until I could arrange for transportation. She lives in Kentucky. I was told that would be a problem. They brag about being in Lebanon for years and giving great local friendly service. That's all bullshit. You can tell the guys behind the counter hate their mind numbing menial jobs and are only there for easy money because daddy owns the store. I won't be back or any of the 10 cars in my family. It won't hurt there bottom line, but I will let as many know as I can to stay away from there. There are probably 10 tire stores within 5 miles of Luti. My suggestion is to choose one of those. I'm not finished with the jerk behind the counter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that SHIT HOLE. read more

Walt Luti Tire is hands down the best place for great tires but their customer is exceptional. I have had tires put on three of my cars at Luti. Their prices beat the big chains but their attention to the customers' needs is what makes this family business stand out. Today on my way to work in a heavy rain storm, my driver's side windshield wiper stopped working. I was able to find my way to Luti's and even with no appointment they got my car in. Turns it a nut had fallen off the arm of the wiper blade. 3 minutes later and NO CHARGE I was on my way to work. A big thanks to Luti Tire for their flexibility, honesty and quick work. Several years ago I had a John Deere tractor and a job I absolutely had to have finished. A front tire blew on a Saturday, and no one would touch it until I called Luti tire. I was up and going again within two hours. Then I had a tire on an old trailer that needed repair. Again no one would touch it until I called Luti. Sure enough they said bring it on over and they had it repaired very quickly. My son needed new tires for his old Mercedes wagon. That may have been the first set of tires I got from Luti but again they had the correct tires, at a competitive price, and we were out the door quickly. Since then I have gotten at least three more complete sets of tires for my vehicles from them, all competitively and honestly priced, with very friendly service every time, and a carnation for my wife from the vase they have on the counter for the ladies. It is rare to find businesses of this quality anymore, and I recommend them to everybody I possibly can. And I almost never write reviews, but I had to write this one. read more
