My experience with H&H Jewels has been phenomenal. During a recent vacation trip down in Miami, I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine and Denise. More importantly, as an avid watch collector, Jasmine helped me finally acquire a timepiece that has been very challenging to locate. The Tudor Heritage Black Bay Fifty-Eight was officially announced on March 21, 2018. Yet, despite my efforts, I had yet to see one in the flesh until this visit to Miami. Once I finally saw it at another Authorized Dealer, the deal was sealed - I wanted this watch. Unfortunately, this piece was already spoken for and the Authorized Dealer had a list. Upon the recommendation of a sales associate at another dealer, I visited H&H Jewels on November 7th. I spoke with Jasmine for approximately an hour discussing watches. I had the opportunity to try some Ulysse Nardin and Tudor timepieces. I explained my dilemma of trying to locate the Tudor Heritage Black Bay Fifty-Eight. She replied that she was expecting a shipment shortly and I could have one. I provided my contact information and explained that I can't always have my phone with me in my work environment and to please provide at least 24 hours, which she agreed to. Now, after I left, I wasn't really expecting this to materialize. I have visited many dealers who have stated they could make this acquisition possible with no luck. On November 19th, I was casually checking my email during my lunch break and to my surprise, she had the piece and I had 24 hours to claim it. I was in the Houston area and was able to provide the required documentation to finally acquire the piece. I also requested she ship it so it would arrive on that Friday.
