I would not be surprised if they expected me to write something horrible, because I was really mean to them while they were helping me. But they stayed friendly the entire time which I am so grateful for. There were some things I were some things that did upset me, such as they start charging you when they leave their shop, so I was going to pay for the hour it took them to get to me. But because of random events the manager was there and we were able to talk him out of the charge. There are some things that they were trying the charge me for that I thought were unjust, but again the manager was able to drop the charges and I felt better with the payment afterwards. It was a really bad night and the guy who was helping us did seem new to the job, my only thing is if it was a bad night there should be more experienced people working out in the cold snow. Also, if the pricing does get ridiculous try and get in contact with the manager he really can cut you a better deal. But they got me back on the road and was ready to go within an hour and a half, and I am grateful for that.

And it doesn't matter where I'm from if you wold have told me you had looked for them I might not have been as upset but you told me you were too busy making Mercedes Benz keys and my job wasn't worth your time. I scheduled a locksmith to come out for a gun safe lockout…read more The locksmith technician arrived early and went right to work. I watched as he used tools to enter the safe in less than 30 seconds. Upon entering the safe he suggested a "tune up" which I agreed was a good idea. He further explained that over time the tumblers inside the combination lock become worn and out of alignment. He also stated that the maintenance he would perform would solve any future problems with the lock. I watched as he removed the back panel and reset the internal mechanism back to the original combination. After completing his work, he tested the operation of the lock by dialing the combination several times. Each time he was successful opening the safe door. He then asked me to open the safe several times to ensure the safe was working properly and that I was satisfied with his work. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone needing a safe lock reset and repaired.
