We own a lake house in Higden, AR. Water pressure has been low lately. Upon inspection of the…read moreregulated valve we found that it was heavily corroded and needed to be replaced. We called and left a message with Newby Plumbing, and they returned our call at the end of the day. Mr Newby went to our house, checked the pressure before, and after changing the valve. He also said he would be glad to come back and adjust the pressure at no extra charge if we needed him to the next time we came to the lake. He mailed us a bill that was very fair and we sent him a check. Very nice, took time to talk to us about pressure and stress on plumbing etc. we will be using him again if we have any other issues!
