Have been trying to find place to rent, took them weeks to even give viewing, then about same length to finally run credit check. We passed credit check, and emailed about missing refrigerator only to get no real answer back, and NO answer back about it not having been cleaned at all dishwasher/cabinets/stove, although property has been up on Zwillo for almost 4 months! Wonder what the owner thinks about getting charged for 'management' that is NOT happening? Write a bad review on their facebook business page. be prepared for more made up 'reviewers ' coming in lying when they state they rented from them, and they were ALL 5 stars, oh and just happen to know/be related to each other. Name of the know nothing do nothing is Anthony Holmes, and he's trying to pull this crap after making us wait, again, just to sign the papers...BUT as told him, he ADMITTED in email there had already been oral contract, there was voice mail from worker stating oral contract and to come sign the paperwork finally, though not late friday that day, nor the Saturday or Sunday because closed, but not Monday because...well who knows, but Tuesday, and NOW get email stating he is going to break the contract. My main quesion, is wonder what the owner of 231N Fulton feels about getting charged almost 4 months for 'management', nobody having cleaned during that time, taken the fridge that was in there, the shower being broken, and nothing even checked to see what all did need fixing. HORRIBLE company!! PS when wrote 1 star review on their facebook site, listing all the 'reviews' that were PROVEN to have been AFTER mine, those who had NEVER reviewed but all the sudden 'remembered' to, I added to original post on that review, then by next day facebook claimed *I* was bullying...because I called out, and proved, FAKE reviewers, more scamming and lies, and listed all the ones that had posted showing that they each knew/posted/related to each other, and NONE posted BEFORE I posted. The other higher review on THIS page, as the 'i' indicates, review was PAID for BY the business owner.

We discussed selling some land with Mike. Mike came out to look at the property and finally, after…read moreone week, emailed us a contract to review. My husband and I had quite a few questions regarding the contract. When we asked our questions, Mike started to sound aggravated. He actually had frustration in his voice. He wanted to keep half the earnest money the buyer would put down to secure the contract. That did not sit well with us. He stated this was to be used for any additional costs, such as advertising, etc. that he would have to spend if the deal fell through. He also sent us the contract for a dual agent, which we did not want. We wanted to have an exclusive agent working for us. His commission charge was extremly high, which he would not negotiate. We stated we needed to discuss this further and would call him back. Within a few minutes, Mike called my husband back to state he felt this relationship was not going to work out and he then hung up on my husband!! What kind of realtor hangs up on a potential client? The property manager,…read moreAmber, was incredible in helping me get signed and moved in the week of New Years on very short notice. She went way above my expectations and was a pleasure to work with.  The apartment is great to live in and there is plenty of grass outside to let your dog out to potty. Neighbors were pleasant and mostly college students, noise was never a problem. Maintenance was helpful the one time I needed them.  Overall I enjoyed living at Courtyard and would choose to live there again if I had to choose.

Honestly, in the past the management here sucked, work-orders never got handled and in the end it…read morewas more of a slimeball run place. Now however, things have been changing. The manager of the properties here actually takes the time to get to know the tenants, work orders are handled in a timely manner, and overall things a lot better. Figured they deserve the thumbs up for a job well done in the right direction.
