When he arrived there several hidden problems i was not aware of with the construction of my older home. Not only was Issac patient with me and friendly, he did not pause for a moment to crawl around in my attic to find the proper solution. He was not looking for the easy way, he took his time to do it the right way. A 45 minute job grew to 2 hours and the price I was quoted from the start never changed even if the work doubled. He stood by his price and I have no doubt he will stand by his work. Site was cleaned up as if he wasn't even there. I will be hiring him for a larger project in future.
