The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.

I let him know the website mentions nothing of service fees for weekend nor was it mentioned over the phone before anyone was dispatched. Hopefully they update that. Had I known I would've called somewhere else or found a hook to do it. 11-18-23 I called at 8:33 am due to having my keys locked inside of my house. They arrived by 9:0The only lock that needed to be unlocked was the door knob which is a fairly simple lock mechanism regardless. I had seen online that it was $35 and he told me that was the service charge, so I'm trying to understand how I was charged $80 altogether, all the guy had to do was stick a hook in the crack in the space that I had made and pop it open. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). The unusual part about them is the quality of this company involves everyone who works there. And I mean every single person I encountered and dealt with was wonderful. How rare is that?! I am going to start with my most recent experience which was by far, the most involved and complex. I am taking care of my Dad and he has 5 different caregivers. Recently the key to his double sided lock disappeared and I immediately knew nothing good was going to come from it. After contacting the police, I got in touch with Lockman Security whose owner my Dad introduced me to previously. I spoke with their dispatcher and made arrangements for changing the tumblers on the lock. After hearing my story, she suggested that when I had more funds available that I change the type of lock. I thanked her for her suggestion. A little later the same day, I called back and decided her suggestion was the way to go. Had I done what I wanted them to do, it would have been less effective and likely cost me more money in the long run, because I would have to do it again when they took the new key! Long story short, Lockman Security helped me secure my Dad's apartment and promptly end several issues I had with his caregiver situation. For example, I used to have to be there whenever a new caregiver was going to covering for his regular caregiver as he could not hear his doorbell . Now I can unlock the door for the covering caregiver remotely without needing to rush to get there before them. I still prefer to be there to meet them but it is wonderful to have the option of handling the situation differently in case I need to do so. He has caregivers that start at 9 AM and others who come 11 hours later. I used to need to be there for both time slots. It is not easy but it is necessary. The lock they installed, a smart lock has given me back control over my Dad's apartment and his safety, something in light of the Nancy Guthrie case, I do not take lightly. Since I sleep there during the weekends, I also now finally feel safe while there. Something I have not felt while there for a very long time. Security is more than just locks.
