The price was good and timing for job start to finish was acceptable. The job was scheduled for several weeks out but once the start date arrived he informed me that a previous bid on another job had come through. So, he would have to work both jobs simultaneously. This was ok since there was no rush for completion. All went relatively smooth until I found dust residue from sanding in the bathroom ALL OVER the house. Evidently, he had failed to close the bathroom door or cover anything in the bathroom, plus the A/C was running and that alone helped move dust EVERYWHERE. I sent him a text with a pic of the bathroom mirror and complained about dust all over the counter top. He said he forgot to cover the mirror and had his wife come to the house to dust. OK. I since that job sent Greg a text to inquire about tiling my floor and he has never responded. That is not professional in my opinion. At the very least, a pro would at the very least, respond with a courtesy yes, no or not interested. So, I'll find someone else to deal with the floor tiles. But, I will say this. The shower tile job Greg tackled and completed was exceptional. Very pleased with the results, just not his failure to prevent a mess and communicate.

We called Clean Pros, explained our situation and they arrived at 9:00am. After agreeing to a very reasonable estimate, they begin cleanup and going through their process to ensure that no mold would occur. Five days later the entire process was completed and everything was back to normal. The process included moving furniture, sucking up water, sucking water out of vents, folding back wet carpet, removing wet padding, using fans for three days to dry carpet and floor, putting new padding in place, relaying and stretching the existing carpet in place, cleaning the carpet and putting the furniture back in place. We already had to sell and lived there for barely 6 months. We had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars correcting their issues and it plummeted our finances and our mental health. To start, they dug INTO our property and created issues with flooding after knowing we were in a flood zone. We had issues with plumbing, they installed our hot water and AC lines incorrectly and those had to be ripped out and replaced after gallons of water filled up in our attic, our grout in the bathrooms started dissolving, our main living rigid core floors started buckling and splitting (after they knowingly stopped selling these due to manufacturing issues), the overall craftsmanship of the home was AWFUL. We also had problems with the sprinkler system backing up into our well. This is barely the beginning of the issues we have dealt with. We had to pay out of pocket for all of these things to be be repaired. This was supposed to be our dream home and they literally sucked it all from us. Our project manager, sales personnel, and our designer all quit and left the company during our build process. They came to us after living in the home for about 60 days stating they would no longer cover our warranty based on an unpaid "debt". But, they signed all of our closing docs stating we had no unpaid debt. The debt they were trying to refer to, we have recorded conversations and email traffic of us stating we would only pay that portion if the house was started within a 45 day period. Guess what, they didn't even start until 91 days after that conversation. We signed our official contract in February of 21 and they didn't even break ground until the end of August/beginning of Sept 21 and the house didn't "finish" until end of March 22. It was a complete shit show. This company has NO integrity and they do NOT know how to take care of their customers or Veterans for that matter. If you decide to build with this company, be prepared to schedule yourself a therapist and have your bank account drained.
