This store is located inside the Perimeter Mall. While they offer trendy and affordable options, the durability of their garments varies, with basics generally lasting longer than fashion-forward pieces. H&M gets most of there clothes from China and Bangladesh. Staff was helpful when I was looking for something in particular in the men's section. I was impressed by the 100 percent cotton and conscious materials available for sale. I would like to see more different kinds of trendy men's T-Shirts as they have very little collection. I found out online shopping has a wider range, and more availability in terms of sizes. Very long queue lines at the changing room area and register sections. Need to be fixed ASAP. The lady working fitting rooms was incredibly rude. We had put together outfits for my son and she would not let me, his dad, go back and check to see if he was wearing the right clothing. She threatened to call her manager and was very rude about it. We did not get her name but this happened on 7/31 around 1p so if a manager reads this, your employee should never interact with a customer again. read more

Been coming here over the years for various clothing needs. This store always has a huge selection. However, the biggest con is that the racks are often unorganized. Its hard to find a size because who knows where it could be hidden in the store. I like this store but they need more people on the floor and less in the fitting rooms. read more

This store for the most part has more stuff than the other stores around. The customer service here is hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service and sometimes people will walk pass you like you don't exist. Stay way from this store!!!! Very poor customer services. Employees and manager are very unprofessionals. I went to return a pair of jean with original receipt and originals tags and they said they can't return my money back, because I bought it at Mall of Georgia. The jeans were clean, unused, bought then regular price, and the manager keep saying that she can't accept the jeans. Ridicules, but you can see until you enter that the store have vary poor management. My experience is similar to those of Cynthia N. and Saira K. H&M isn't going to blow your mind but the times I have been here, I find that the racks are decently stocked and organized and the employees are cordial. I don't get anyone shouting across the room to greet me but if I have questions about where to find something, I get pointed in the right direction. That being said, H&M is sort of the IKEA of clothes... You can get some okay basic pieces but don't expect them to last too long. The whole "you get what you pay for" thing applies completely here, though some pieces last much longer than you would think. I recently needed a plain long-sleeved, black mock-neck top and found one for dirt cheap at this location. I picked through the racks and after about 5 minutes, I found exactly what I sought. I haven't dealt with bad lines here, though the way the bins are lined up near the register area does not make finding where the line starts intuitive at all. This last time buying the black top was a breeze. I stood in line at the wrong place, but since I was the only customer there, the young lady at the register clarified where I should've waited and swiftly rang me up and bagged my shirt. I've been to the H&M at Atlantic Station and Cumberland Mall, and I have to say that the Perimeter location has them beat. Maybe because I felt like I could actually walk through the racks without knocking items to the floor won me over. Or maybe it was the actual smile I got from one of the guys working the floor. I don't know what it was, but shopping here and trying on clothes was a pleasant experience. I don't go into H&M often, because honestly, I'm not a size 2 and these clothes aren't necessarily made for me. But sometimes I get lucky, so I go in and see what's what. This particular location had a lot of different items and a lot of different sizes. I was able to find a couple of shirts that my boobs didn't pop out of that were actually pretty and professional enough to wear to the office! (I'm fairly conservative in my office attire so this is a big deal for me.) They also seem to have more dresses at this H&M (as opposed to skirts and tops at the other locales). The accessories area also seemed larger with more items. But I really think my impression of the product selection is because of the layout and spacing of products. I didn't feel squeezed in anywhere. The only negative was my checkout experience. As with the other locations, young, cranky people work here. (And they are going to be awful senior citizens if they are already this disgruntled with life.) I can see this being the H&M I shop in the most; if only because it feels more open than the others. Also, I should add that all of the above happened on a weekday evening and while there were people shopping, it wasn't packed like a weekend day might be. I get not loving your job but I fear for these employees come closer to the holidays. I stood in line for 15 minutes while three employees folded clothes and bitched about who was going on lunch next. When they finally looked up and noticed the line of 10+ customers that had formed we were greeted with an eye roll and no smile... The slowest employees in the entire mall crumbled out clothes up and pushed them in a bag to just yell 'NEXT!' When we finished. I instantly had buyers remorse due to this lack luster experience... I literally just walked out this store and had to deal with a rude ass sales associate named Kiara at the register. I purchased a sweater and had an online return and the whole time she was ringing me up, she had the ugliest stank look on her face, dropping the scanner and hands on the counter like she was annoyed she had to be there. The store is well presented but hidden compared to other European stores in the same mall. The selection for female clothing was plenty along with jewelry and shoes, the selection for males was very narrow and compiled together. I was able to find a nice jacket for a great prize, after searching for a while. The line was disappointing only two cashiers were available and the line and wait was long. read more

I love H&M for their myriad of clothes to be had for a bargain and I have been to lots of H&M stores from asia to europe. While I appreciated and wanted to help the person working in the dressing room of the perimeter mall, atlanta georgia, on the 6th of aug, 2016 at around 6 pm.. he asked me, before I entered the dressing room,to please hang all the clothes i was trying on, after I was done with it. (No problem, i always do that anyway) BUT, when I come out of the dressing room, and you ask me to hang the clothes I tried on, in a rack that is full, and when I can't find space to hang my 4 hangers and you correct me and ask me to find space for it, as if I was working there, as your assistant, IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE. I did not go to H&M to help you do your job. I am kind and considerate, that is why I hang clothes back in the hanger..but for you to ask me to do your job for you? Ridiculous. I visited this store for the first time a few weeks ago after learning they have a kids' section. The store was a mess with clothes and shoes piled on tables and the floor. I didn't really see this as a big deal since the items were so inexpensive. My daughter wanted a pair of shoes and after fishing through the mound on the floor we finally found the right size and purchased them only to discover once we got home that one of the straps was missing. I returned the following Saturday to request an exchange and was told after a brief inspection by the cashier clerk that the shoes looked like they had been worn so no exchange could be made. I asked to speak with the clerk's manager who also did a very brief inspection and said the same thing. He pointed to some scuffing inside the shoe as evidence. I could see this scuffing only after he pointed it out and it was obviously from multiple kids trying the shoes on in the store. I had not noticed it at the time of purchase. There was no evidence of use on the outside of the shoe which was a white cotton. Plus, these shoes were not wearable without the ankle straps which is why I needed to exchange. I asked to speak with the next level of management who was 'on lunch' at the time I was still in the store. I was still at the mall when she called me so I asked if I should return to the store with the shoes. She told me there was no need for me to return because she would need time to 'research' the matter and see if the strap could be located. She asked for some information from my receipt. She stated she would contact me in a few days. She never followed up. The first manager also told me I could call the customer service number on the receipt if I wanted anything else done. After almost 20 minutes of being on hold I spoke to someone who listened very attentively only to apologetically state that if a store manager felt the shoes were 'used' then nothing else could be done other than me mailing the shoes at my expense to their main headquarters so they could be examined in order to determine if the missing strap could be replaced. The shoes were fifteen dollars. While this is not a huge expense it is still a rip off for shoes that cannot be worn at all. It is also nonsensical for me to pay for shipping the shoes to 'headquarters' when the shipping would be greater than the cost of the shoe. I am amazed that despite the store being an absolute mess the manager has the audacity to use slight scuffing on the inside of this little kid shoe as the reason he is under no obligation to find the strap or provide exchange. The whole exchange experience was bizarre. I would not recommend this particular store. Not sure if management is this incompetent or lazy at other locations. read more
