This location used to be a nightmare. Super crowded close all over the place over the place and never being able to find anything anything in your size. But today, it was so much better. You will expect certain things still though, like floor employees being more interested in chatter with eachother. And good lord it is still hot like a sauna (but the whole mall is sweltering). I was sent from a different store to get a new jacket that they had not had in stock. I found the item easily, but the size was a bit more elusive. Knowing Kings Plaza, you have to look around and look behind things to find what it is you want especially when you wear a popular size. People hide them every single time! They had a great sale going on for some mens and womens sweaters because you know it's June. I queued up to check out on the second floor today (6/13/22 @ around 7:30pm) and the line was only 5 people long and the male cashier working says some of us need to go downstairs. It wasn't closing time at all yet so I didn't understand why he sent half of us away when there were only 5 people waiting to be checked out. The guys in front of me walked downstairs too but ended up leaving because the line on the first floor was twice the length. Male cashier working second floor was rude in the way he sent the line away. Gave us no reason as to why "some of us needed to go downstairs to pay" and made me want to drop the stuff I had picked out and just walk out, much like the two guys that were in front of me in the first queue. The cashiers on the first floor were kind of dead in the way of energy but nicer. Really don't think I'll be coming back in person to shop at H&M. I'd much rather order online if the staff here can't be bothered to hide their disdain for customers. I don't like being picky about my retail shopping experience because I used to work customer service too, but I would've gotten reprimanded for talking the way he did to customers. Where's the fake pleasant customer service voice? We don't do that anymore? Go to a different H&M or buy online. Or avoid the second floor entirely. read more

Meh...it is what it is a poorly run H&M. For all the staff they have its always a mess and a line out the door. Best bet go early...smh.

Well, it's not the best H&M I've been to but its not the worst either. It's your standard H&M with bright white lights and shiny floors and racks full of economically priced clothes. I will say though that the accessories department is a hot mess. But the rest of the place is a-ok. In fact I was able to find a cute skirt in my size that a H&M in Manhattan didn't have, so I'm giving this KP location a star just for that! read more

Extremely popular H&M inside the Kings Plaza mall! This place ALWAYS has a line, any time of the day, day of the week or time of the season! Not sure if it's the people ringing you up or the volume of people in the store at any given time. They have two floors and tons of space, men's and women's sections split on each floor. Great place to shop for the hottest fashions and it's fun to raid their $5 and $10 clothing racks! read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Cashier named Dahlia/Dolly with a very tight bun on her head. She was poorly dressed and extremely unprofessional. Clearly has no interest in working with the public. Told me to shut up as I was speaking to the Manager. The Manager said nothing which clearly shows that professionalism and customer care is clearly not a priority. Will never shop there again. The store also smells very bad. read more

I wanted to return a pair of jeans I brought from another store last week here. I did not have my card but I paid debit and in most cases, I'm sure that if you don't have the original card and you paid debit you can receive cash or apply the credit back to another card. The cashier would not return it "because it had to be the original card or store credit". I didn't bother putting up a fight I use to work in a bunch of clothing stores she didn't want to just cause. I know what's up. Hell hath no fury like a retail worker scorned. I use to work in retail kings plaza actually and I get it. Its a miserable job working in a mall. You gotta deal with a bunch of nasty people, long hours low pay, etc but either dip and live your best life in another field or stay and be a miserable ass worker getting joy out of not returning a pair of $12.99 jeans. read more

Very roomy but weird selection. Spend an hour in the store and everything I touched was either overpriced and either had a super long sleeves or torso is too wide. Then super cheap but made from fabric I would be afraid to go for too long away from my home. Left store with 4 pairs of socks for my boyfriend and my daughter though, couldn't just leave empty-handed...all this time waisted! read more

I went shopping here today with my family and was sorely disappointed. The place was crowded, which I expected since it's just a few days after Christmas, and places like this tend to be tightly packed with merchandise so it was difficult to get through. Once I actually found what I was interested in buying, I headed to the fitting room. I was waiting for half an hour, when I realized that they had half of the fitting rooms CLOSED. The line was across the store and it took the store half an hour to realize they needed to open more fitting rooms. When I finally got into a room, I went inside with my family to try on our clothes and was told that we weren't allowed to share a fitting room for some reason. At that point we just left; it was a miserable experience. I can't speak to the quality of the clothing becauseI never got to the trying on stage. Don't come here if it's going to be crowded, because this store handles it terribly. read more

While in the mall I wanted to shop for some clothes so I chose H&M. The store is not as crowded as some people have stated, or maybe it was just a good day for me. I needed to get a pair of new joggers and a new sweater. I quickly found something I was looking for. I was surprised at the prices as well. It was pretty cheap. Everything was in the $20 range. I got what I wanted and quickly got on the line. It was really fast despite the one employee behind the cash register. I had a good experience and will definitely visit back to get more :) read more

Love H and M, and I can say I am a regular at their stores. But this location wasn't what I am used to. Staff members that don't know their store and where to find, and fitting room that make you wonder if it might be better to take q chance and buy something without trying, or to just leave everything and go shop other place. Went to this store to buy an item it was sign 19.99 went the to the cashier who was nice but the item was sign wrong a manager by the name of Anya told me I had to pay the full price the sign was wrong and she can do nothing for me I ask for her name and complaints number she gave me and walked away this was sept 16 th, I went to the store in the city on 34th st the item was 30% off not the full price that I was charge in Kings plaza plus I sign up for email and got 20% off this is the 17th of sept the customer service I received in the city was way better than the one at Kings plaza read more
