Taking a long time to call the next customer. This location needs to improve their customer service. Fix and organize the store. There is a lack of staff at this location. I barely come to this location and not my favorite. I rather visit Marshall's at Gateway.

When I tried to exchange it the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager because I heard him calling other branches and asking how much money they took in that day) then began to check every single stitch on the entire dress inside and out then he sniffed the arm pits and declared that I had obviously worn the dress and was trying to cheat him. When I requested to have my dress back he shoved it at me with the receipt and refused to give me back the bag I had brought it in with saying that it belongs to the store. I don't understand how a clothing store can do business like this but I do know that I will never set foot in a Pretty Girl store again. I don't care how cheap their clothes are, I still have some standards on how to treat people.

Instead of trying to help, she told me there was a rule that I could only make one purchase per day and that I had to use an email to complete my purchase. I had never heard of these requirements before, and they weren't posted anywhere in the store. When I politely asked why, she didn't explain it clearly and just repeated what she was saying in a rude tone. The whole interaction made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for simply trying to buy something. I understand stores can have policies, but they should be explained respectfully and consistently. If these are actual policies, they should be clearly communicated to customers. If not, employees shouldn't be telling customers they have to follow requirements that aren't clearly stated. I've always enjoyed shopping at Five Below, but this experience really changed my opinion of this location. I hope management looks into this and reminds employees to treat customers with respect and communicate policies professionally.
