Clothes feel kinda cheap. The jackets are nice but sweaters are either itchy or see-through. Store is large and has many reasonably priced options. Security guard stationed at the door raises my eyebrows a lil. There was no other store that I went into this weekend that needed one!!! read more

This is a great H&M. It's by the food court. It's very big and clean. They have a good selection of clothes, and service is pretty good.

Similar to the last couple stores I've been in. The colors are so muted. I understand it's fall but come on. Even in the winter time you need something that's bright and happy. Just saying. read more

I went to this store for the first time last night with my daughter. I purchased 3 shirts for myself ( which were not cheap ) The person behind the counter was nice enough but as I was walking away I overhear that they have a rewards club for 10% off your first order!! Excellent customer service. The store is very clean and the staff is super helpful and pleasant when I shop there. They close at 9 pm not 9:30 pm. I shot here all the time and am always pleased. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE. The sales associate who was ringing up my purchase was horrible; didn't say a word to me, no "hello" or "do you want your receipt in the bag?". Not a single word or eye contact during the transaction - it was so awkward and uncomfortable. I don't expect them to go out of their way, but how about some basic human courtesy? She put the clothes in the bag and didn't even hand it to me. I told her to have a nice day, and she got in my face and made a scene, throwing her hands up in the air and pointing at me like typical ghetto behavior. She was so belligerent that if my young daughter had been with me, I would have called the police (that's how loud and inappropriate she was with me). That's not even the worst part - I heard her mumble a nasty, derogatory comment under her breath as I was walking away. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and downright disturbing that H&M would not only hire someone so uncivilized, but would allow them to treat their customers in this manner. I informed the manager, and he did apologize, but also defended his employee - so I did not go into details about the derogatory comment that I heard. I will be contacting corporate about it. By the way, her name is Erika. I would urge you to not visit this location - they need a serious employee re-training. I do love H&M, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I ever do return, it will be to another location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store - they have zero respect for their customers. It's very sad. read more

Awful customer service. There on a Sunday night from about 4:35 to 5:45 (close at 6), buying 3 business outfits for my 16 year old daughter. I was switching out sizes for her while she was in the dressing room and the dressing room employee was very rude. As I was approaching with one last switch out - at 5:35, she said "she has to get out of the there". Then, at 5:45 when I needed to swap out one more thing as we were packing up to go check out, she said no I couldn't. Bad attitude, I immediately knew I had to review this place (I don't normally do this). Don't these people with bad attitudes know people talk and review places? I am a paying customer ($280) and basically was kicked out, couldn't even wait a minute for us to finish up and head to the cashier. read more

Very poor customer service. I was there on Black Friday so I understand the store was really busy but the customer service is horrible and the cashiers are disrespectful assholes! I'm just glad I make more money than these worthless scumbags! Never shopping here again, I'm done! read more

The staff was very attentive and friendly. I asked an employee named Miriam to help me choose between skinny and slim slacks. She was very helpful and even suggested a shirt to go with it. Another worker also suggested donating clothes to get 15% on my entire purchase. The only down fall of this visit was the A/C! It was terrible so hot when I was in the fitting room. it was very uncomfortable. read more

Reading the other reviews I didn't want to come to this H&M, but it's the closest so I did. SO HAPPY THAT I CAME TO THE MILFORD LOCATION! This store is so clean and it was so easy to shop, unlike a lot of the other stores. The staff was very friendly and approachable! I also want to say that one of the staff members, aly, was incredibly helpful and funny.. if you are going to the milford one ask for her! This is my new favorite H&M by far. read more
