We tried to take it back but Dana and her manager refused. Claiming that she would never sell a ring like that and was very sure. When we requested to roll back the cameras they said "No." They also do not show you the ring before purchasing it, they just put it in the box and give it to you. After they refused me the refund I went to the official Pandora store to buy a new ring and they gave me a preview of the ring and boxed it in front of me. I have no reason to destroy a ring that's meant for my girlfriend and return it.

She ask if I'd try it on instead of allowing the associate close the sale. She came across as a micromanager which is a terrible management style. The manager needs to back off.
