They managed our rental home in Hollister as we are out of state and are, hands down, the worst excuse for a professional organization we have ever met. I can, though, only comment about Noel and Elizabeth... they are the two rude, unprofessional, unknowledgable individuals we were unlucky enough to have to deal with. THE BEST IN TOWN.... I will be straight forward they don't have the most listings but they have the best customer service that I have ever experienced at any property Management company. Mary is very quick and responsive calling new tenants back right away and always eager to show the rental properties without any hassle. She is probably one of the most hardest working people that I have met in the property management business. It's good to see there are good people out there that want to help you find a home, even if it's it a rental. Mary and Elda are the best hands down. They will keep part of your original deposit when you move out. They will charge you for cleaning fees and for anything THEY deem as damages, such as soiled carpet. They charged me to replace carpet in a room, but the carpet only had normal wear and tear. read more

Hate to say but This place is a joke and you have good reviews only from people who were renting there houses out ..anyways My fiancé and I filled out applications for a home to rent witch what $35 each. So a week or two goes by and we get no call,email,or text. I finally say ok this is taking quite long for a response so I call a few times and I get no answer...hmm did they just take my money and personal information and run without no explanation ? Ok what ever I'll let it slide. Next day i'm like you know what let me try to give them a call one more time.. and wow I get a answer And spoke to a woman who seemed so sweet and seem to want to help me. Ok great so we're talking about the property for a minute.. as She reviewed my application and my credit isn't the best so I explained to her my situation and she says that's perfectly fine if you can find a guarantor I'll take over And handle the application process myself and she asked do you have the deposit and everything ready for move-in I say yes we're ready now.. so the same day I find a guarantor which is another $35. and I call back and get an answer right away.. she says OK I'll be finished reviewing the application by tomorrow and she explains to me how to make the deposit for the home.. and says she will be in contact with me the next day . OK this is great we finally got a Home.. my current landlord was actually selling their home so it was kind of an emergency situation as I had explained to her and I really need a place for my son and fiancé of course. So it's the next day I don't get a call another day passes I don't get a call Wednesday I call them leave a voicemail Thursday I call again and I leave a voicemail, later that night my fiancé gets a email from Trulia saying the home we applied for has been rented .now keep in mind I spoke to her on a Monday. so anyways the week passes by and now it's Friday..ok now this is just ridiculous.. so I give them a call again and finally I get an answer from some guy Chris .. and you won't guess the news he had for me and my family. Unfortunately The lady I spoke to gave the house to another family... and wow I'll tell u I've never have I felt so disrespected in my life and until this day I still have never heard from her she took mine ,my fiancé and ,my guarantors money and never said a word to me and completely lied about helping us get the house.. bottom line is there just hustlers and there not here to help you or your family. Honestly only advice I can give is don't get your hopes up even if they make it seem good....Good luck read more

Where to begin with how horrible this company is. First off noel is so rude she acts nice to everyone and is a complete unprofessional person who makes you think shes going to do something when shes not we lived in a property that was never inspected nor cleaned we were in such a hurry to get a home before our daughter arrived when she was a few months old i had called noel to say the shower was leaking and was beginning to grow mold on the wall her reply was to spray it with bleach water,a month after the smoke alarm in the babys room had gone off and would not stop my husband had taken it off and no kidding thousands of bugs fell out ALIVE!!!! So disgusting i still have the video of them on the floor i told her i needed this fixed right away 3 days later she sent clark out he said he had never seen a problem so bad, they put us in a hotel for 2 days when we came back into the home it was fine until the month after that our heater went out she sent a guy out who was NOT licensed 2 weeks after i kept complaing everyday because my baby was only 4 months old and the house was freezing he said he had to order a part and it would take a week well a week later no call no answer i called noel she said well call again that was not my issue to deal with shes a maintence manager isnt she? Well it never got fixed we bought space heaters to keep warm, when august came i had another baby and had once again complained to noel because we had a huge ant problem never once did i hear back from her. One morning i wake up to my newborn screaming her head off i went to grab her and her face was COVERED in ants!!!!! I called noels cell phone because i was so mad i still have pictures of the ants as well she sent someone out 2 weeks later they came and put some stuff on the walls and nomore ants, a day later we found a black widow by the babies room i told her i wanted an extermanation done she said no that will not happen. This is a horrible property management and i would highly reccomend NOT to go through this company. read more
