I found the same tires cheaper at Walmart and instead of going somewhere else or filling out a long form, or asking in store, I just used the live chat option. You can chat with someone who will price match for you!! They asked for a link to the tires I wanted to price match with, verified they could match and then just sent me a discounted checkout link that was valid for 30 days. It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Before I even had time to get out and go inside, someone noticed, came right out to help, and explained what was going on. That kind of attentiveness stood out to me. The negatives: I think that they do some sneaky ad on costs once you get up to the cash register to pay. My husband specifically asked about two tires. He ended up choosing one of them and he asked them repeatedly about the final price. We get inside and he goes up to pay, and they have some lifetime warranty, added that we never asked for which he told them to take off. They need to do a better job about breaking down the cost and asking whether you want things before trying to charge for them. Also, another thing is that they tend to forget to call and tell you that your car is ready. My husband had to call and it had been done. We were waiting at a nearby restaurant and had finished and were waiting for their call. We have used this business several times and typically it will be this type of issue. So I can recommend about quality and their customer service being friendly but people need to be firm about what the exact final price is.

I thought WOW they are very progressive & they had a great deal... but like with all great deals sometimes something else is lacking. As of now, I wish I didn't even have to give one star. I made an appointment yesterday for this morning. I showed up early. I was told their are lots of things in the area that I could kill time doing. I agreed and left. I returned back 15 minutes before my appointment. I pulled up to the 2nd bay. I was told in a less tham polite tone to move to bay 1. I happily obliged. I waited for a few minutes and then was told I would need to get out of my car so they could pull it into the bay... typical of an oil change. I went and sat in the patio to await my 10:30 appointment. It was about 10:25. A gentleman walks up to me who had been there since 9:45. He told me he wasn't sure they knew what they were doing. That peaked my interest. He said he was watching them work on his car and then walked back in the bay to continue his supervision. My car was pulled into the bay. Less than 5 minutes later it was established that I needed an engine flush and something connecting my tires to the transmission needs replaced on both sides. $150/each side, 1 hour of labor per side. I told him I wasn't comfortable with either of those being performed at this time/place. My car was pulled out of bay 1 and moved to bay 2, the same bay I originally pulled up to. It was left there for 45 minutes. The same gentleman who was watching his car get worked on was still waiting too. He told me I should consider running while I still had time. I said the deal is so good, it will be ok. While I was waiting an older gentleman pulled up unhappy with his oil change or oil levels from a previous day. He had paperwork and communicated his desire to have it emptied and filled again, this time in front of him. 4 employee's stopped what they were doing (working on the other guys car too) to stand around and watch the one guy under the car. At some point they were also wondering around the outside of the building for about 15 minutes looking for one of the other guys. Turns out he was in the bathroom. I would have complained to the manager but since he was one of these people in this group I decided it would not do me any good. The same guy who told me to run came back over and said it again. After having plenty of time to consider this, I took his advice. I told them I was going to go and they informed me they were about to begin on my car. This was 11:20. And by then I was concerned with the type of work I would receive. Now I am at another oil change company waiting for the same services to be completed, paying $20 more and disputing my Groupon purchase. Since Groupon is the easiest to work with it left me all this free time to give my review. I am sure all these guys have good intentions but they need better leadership, organization and customer service training. I will not be returning to this location or company again. I learned a valuable lesson today, the deal is not always worth it.

The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood.

My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.
