Having a car that is acting up or had already chosen to break down is a nerve racking experience. Finding a place to fix your car where they are up front, honest, and reasonable in value is difficult. You can find it at Eagle Valley. I have had several cars now with lots of different issues and they did a great job. They called and kept me apprised of the progress along the way. When we ran into an issue on an older car, they helped me talk through the costs and helped decide if worth doing or not. I appreciate that they took the time to save me the money and the headache. Eagle Automotive is by far the most reliable and professional garage in the area. They are honest and dependable and stand by their work. I would definitely recommend them for repairs as well as maintenance. I took my car to Eagle after a horrific experience with a dealer who had intentionally misquoted a AC Compressor repair job. In addition, they informed me the engine was blown and the car not drive-able, and suggested it was time I purchase a new car. (This story is more involved and would require a great deal of time to state every detail in what I believe was an attempted fraud) After realizing these characters were attempting to scam and mislead me, I had my car towed to Eagle. It was a good move. Cody at the service desk was genuine and totally reassuring. The mechanics addressed the issue of the AC Compressor and related parts and found nothing wrong with the engine. The car is still running great. Thanks to the guys at Eagle for getting me through an an anxiety filled week. I have a tough time finding a mechanic that I can trust. I do most of my own repairs, but sometimes there's one that's not possible to repair in the driveway with the tools I have. Excellent experience during my first visit. Went in for a tire repair (pothole) and they recommended a tow service to me ensuring their good service. Once the tire was determined faulty they offered a new tire but did not persuade me in purchasing. I had missed the first delivery deadline for tire. Rather then leave me stranded in lobby all day they offered to personally drive me home (close distance) and pick me back up when tire was completed at the end of their work day. I paid $235 to fix a noise in my car. They said they had fixed it so I picked it up the next day. Right when I turned it on the noise was there again. They said I needed to pay another $575 because it might be something else. So why did I pay $235 for? I don't recommend them. read more

Visited Eagle Valley Automotive today for a simple state inspection. Was quoted approximately 40 minutes to wait and the service was done before then! The person who I believe is the manager was very friendly and attentive, but not pushy which I really appreciated! I'd definitely go back for my auto needs. read more

Had Eagle auto install new wheels and tires on my truck. Long story short... they didn't reinstall tire pressure monitors and was told TPMS sensors were reset and were working when I left their shop. The following day I had a TPMS sensor alarm show up so I took truck back up to have them reset sensors then was told that they did not switch or verify that new wheels had sensors like they had told me they had done. Was told that they'd make it right and I'd need to purchase a TPMS rebuild kit for each tire which I was fine with but in the mean time I found found that they had stripped the Ford factory lug nuts by not using the correct size socket that Ford called for so that cost me $62.00 to replace and a few hours of my own time trying to remove the stripped lug nuts but hey whatever, it happens. Was nice enough to not leave a review at the time figuring I'd give them another chance to make it right since their local and were willing to discount the work or at least thought from the conversations I'd had with Corey but I'm not willing to pay the $205.00 they now want to switch sensors when Blue Springs Ford gave me a quote of $135.00. $60.00 for original work, $62.00 for the lug nuts they stripped now they want an additional $205.00. Total of $327 for something so simple!! I'll stick to Ford where they have competent mechanics. Get what you pay for and that's too bad since they were right down the street from the house. I'm sure they'll reply to this review and find a way to make it my fault this occurred like they seem to do with the other poor reviews. So much for a short story! read more
