She indicates on her website the obligations of expatriates to file their tax returns, so I thought she might be interested in my business. No response. Sent another mail on April 19th, asking her to confirm that she received my initial message and to check her Junk Mailbox also. No response. Sent an SMS on April 28th, two weeks after initial message. No response. I know all messages were received (confirmed by mail server and SMS server). April is a busy time for sure and I might have to wait in line for service, but to not even acknowledge receipt of my messages is impolite and very unprofessional no matter what references and certifications she displays on the website! If she is just too busy to handle my business she should say so or else ask for my patience. I could understand that and then not feel compelled to write this negative review. Even one star is one too many!

Wendy may not be the cheapest, but you pay for the knowledge and professional service. I feel confident every year when my business and personal taxes are completed that I am getting the best allowable deductions. I highly recommend CPA Cornerstone and Wendy as a CPA.
