This bozo caused me many days of anxiety and basically cost me several thousand dollars in tax penalties in addition to the total lack of concern and communication he displayed toward me, his client. Something went wrong and I received $2000 less than I was supposed to. Then I received a letter from the IRS saying that I owed them another $2000. I called and spoke to Wendy at the Addison location and asked if I could get in to get help with this problem that night as I would arrive only about 45 minutes before they closed. She said yes and I headed that way. I ended up at the wrong location that was not open and finally ended up getting to Wendy only ten minutes before the office was set to close. She acted like it was ten minutes after they opened in the morning and assured me she could get my situation handled. We got started and there were some complexities that she needed assistance with, so she called her supervisor (I think her name is Lisa) from the McKinney location. Lisa was at a restaurant having dinner and sprang into action as if she were sitting at her desk at the office. These two worked together until about an hour after the store was closed and got everything straightened out! I ended up not having to pay, and got $1500 of the $2000 shortage back! I had not visited this location, nor the McKinney location before, but I cannot more highly recommend these two ladies for your tax preparation needs! Five stars! Kudos! This is how it's done!
