So, I decided to stay with the firm and at the beginning it was not bad. However today I got a letter telling me that after more than 35 years they would no longer keep me as client because they could not handle the load in the area. As you might have noticed, after 35 years, I am loyal and believe in those I need to trust. I am about to retire which would require significant help from my "trusted" accountants. However, there is no loyalty with BCS and therefore no trust. They misled folks about the engagement and their desire to build relationships. They can't be trusted and there is no loyalty which puts its clients at risk. Find another accountant would be my advice before you are cut loose by the Johnson City elite. These are not the people you want watching your back when it counts. None of us need fair weather friends in our corner.
