Our filing appointment was so simple and they were knowledgeable on every step and had answers to every question we had. At no fault to them, our tax return got delayed and we got a letter from the IRS saying we were only getting a portion of our refund. I called Dallas and he spent 1+ hours with me on the phone with the IRS getting it sorted out. Long story short we got it resolved and I couldn't have done it without him! (I don't speak taxes). We'll be back next year and I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants an accountant looking out for the best interest of their clients, always!
