I tried calling and was transferred to multiple different departments, without ever reaching a resolution. I stopped into the local branch to see if there was anything they could do to help. Michael was determined to make sure I was taken care of. I remember seeing the sign and "5 star service" underneath as you walk into the bank. I thought, "yeah right, we will see."
