I've used Liz for several years now and had good help but this last year was horrible! Instead of…read moremy return coming in the mail this year I got a letter from the irs saying they were holding it until I filed 2017. I have emails and receipts showing I paid for that already and Liz herself told me it was filed. From then on it was like pulling teeth to get her to re file them and now am waiting on my returns still that I would have already got had the job been done right. Luckily her staff was helpful because she has ignored all my calls and text even offering to pay her just to answer me back. I'll never use Liz tax service again!

I even accidently gave him the wrong phone number and he went to the trouble of doing the research and getting the right number to call me for our consult. He was awesome and directed me in the right direction. He knows what he is talking about and is up on the laws that are changing by the day/hour. He is personable. Now I have found a reputable CPA who is fighting the IRS to get the entire amount and fines refunded, but it is a torturous process and wouldn't have been necessary if she had known what she was doing in the first place.
