For those that are adverse to working on-line this may not be for you but her website allows you to quickly enter or download all the information needed for your return. Since we were new we also needed to complete a short questionnaire and download our prior years return along with our 1099s. Being new was made easy and the investment of 15 mins was well worth the outcome. Jennifer confirmed information received and all communications within 24 hours (normally a couple of hours).
