To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced. Not only did he get our AC running again, but he also took the time to explain what he believed had happened, what to watch for if it occurred again, and even walked us through how to troubleshoot it ourselves. That kind of honesty, education, and customer service is incredibly rare. Instead of facing what could have been a very expensive and unnecessary replacement, we paid for a diagnostic visit, got our AC back, and gained confidence in our system. Because of this experience, we've switched from our previous HVAC company to Airtime Cooling & Heating for all of our future maintenance and service. I don't trust them. Why would I give them my business now? What a response I got the first time so I called my warranty company and told them that company is fired. As far as I am concerned do not ever send them to my house again. I don't understand why they don't respect other people's time when we are supposed to respect theirs no reason people should have a four hour window for a service man to come they could give you a closer timeframe than that very unprofessional. WELL, NO ONE DOES THAT ANYMORE I FOUND OUT. So I scheduled a tech to swing by the house for the min. rate which would be applied to the repair. Set it up for two Fridays ago and then waited, waited, waited and waited. No one came. Sent them a note and they did get back to me very apologetically and were very contrite. They just dropped the ball and failed to contact me. I was upset and was going to go to another vendor until the service manager reached out to me, Gary, who apologized and allowed me to swing by and drop it off which was a big deal for me since it would get done and I might? Save some $$ since they did not have to come to the house was my thought process. Dropped it off this past Monday and met with Gary and everything got soothed over and forgiven.. Gary got back to me on Thursday I want to say and let me know they got the microwave to power up yet none of the keyboard buttons would work and THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT WITHOUT A TOTAL TEAR DOWN WITH FULL PART REPLACEMENT ALONG WITH KNOWING MANY OF THOSE PARTS FOR A 2010 JUST ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Plus the costs for doing that i.e. rebuilding the entire machine would exceed the price a new machine. So in the end I asked if they could take the machine, part it out, re cycle the parts and take any parts that they used in it to get the power working again. We both decided that we had hit the end of the trail. He recycled out the machine, and I found out if that microwave was worth repairing it & IT WASNT. Then out of nowhere Gary waived all the technical analytical costs given what had happened on the earlier appointment. They stated to me that they do not replace the filters nor look at them I believe in my opinion, they're not even doing any justice to the homeowner, nor to the unit of the heat exchanger. I believe The most important thing on these heat exchangers is the water that goes in and out of the unit and if that's not checked, why even put a new unit in.

After 45 minutes of digging and trying to determine where the pool pipes were leaking, they suggested maybe it was the irrigation system instead. Sure enough, the irrigation line that runs next to the buried pipes had two leaks. They replaced that section of line and no more leaks!
