During their visit, my father simply asked the receptionist how long the wait would be so he could step out to eat, as he is a diabetic and needs to take his insulin. In response, the receptionist raised her voice and spoke to both of my parents in a disrespectful and degrading manner, in front of others. It was completely uncalled for and left them feeling humiliated. I find it very troubling that this kind of behavior is allowed, especially toward long time customers. This is not the level of service or respect anyone should expect. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed appropriately. No customer especially loyal ones, should be treated this way.
