The first communication we received was when they called to let us know our taxes had been rejected. Then, they had no record of us having our taxes done here. We have been customers of this location since 2012. Not sure we'll be back again. Problem is currently being resolved, but we are not happy with the level of service received this year.

They said everything was ready, to go on in and sign the paperwork. Not only did they get date of birth wrong for one of my children but didn't ask for any proof of identity for them. When I asked if they needed copies of birth certificate or social they said no. A week after signing the paperwork I checked our status on the IRS site just to make sure they received it and there is no information available, not even that they received our taxes. When I called back I spoke with owner and he reassured me that it was in fact sent in, but still nothing in the IRS system. So it's been a total of about 3 weeks and we haven't the faintest idea of what's going on with our tax returns. In all our years of doing taxes, we have never gone through something like this very unprofessional! I do not recommend.
