Since then, the IRS has sent multiple rejection letters regarding the amended return, and the issue remains unresolved. Every time I follow up, there seems to be another excuse, but no real resolution. Communication has been poor throughout the process. I rarely receive updates and have had to repeatedly contact the firm myself just to find out what's happening. For the amount I paid, I expected knowledgeable representation, proactive communication, and timely resolution of my tax matter. Instead, I have spent years waiting for an outcome while receiving repeated IRS rejection notices and no clear path to fixing the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Delerme CPA. I hope they improve their communication, accountability, and follow-through so other clients do not have a similar experience.

They set up current and previous year Quickbooks for rental property and a fitness studio. Their ability to customize reporting, helped me put a process in place that allows me to get the taxes done immediately and know where my business is. Although they don't do taxes, they have worked with numerous CPA's and can easily connect you with a quality resource if needed. I did not always follow through on my end, getting the things done in a timely manner that was needed.
