The submission failed and no one at their office caught this and their office was not aware this had occurred until we received notification from the IRS in 2016 that they had never received our 2014 tax return. This has taken an enormous amount of effort on our part to resolve. This firm refused to pay the interest on the unpaid taxes. We hired them to perform a service that they failed to perform.
