Branch manager all the way down to head pooper scooper. Stopped in today to cash a check. Very helpful staff and friendly service. I took away a couple stars, however, for the pushy behavior of the teller who helped me. Maybe her name was Chaira? She harassed the woman in front of me with offers of opening a checking account and moving her business account to Webster. The woman was obviously uncomfortable and the conversation lasted several minutes. Then it was my turn to be forced into a conversation I didn't want to be a part of, fending off offers for additional accounts, free accounts and then, a meeting with the branch manager. She really needs to tone it down a bit. Really detracted from my visit today.

They did a hard pull of my credit and then called me to say that they don't offer solar loans anymore. I asked if they would remove the inquiry from my credit report and they said no. I will tell everyone I know to never do business with this bank. My FICO scores are 820+ with AGI $500k+. What a stupid hill for them to die on.
