I just called around to get estimates and luckily stumbled upon this office. When I called to get an estimate I spoke with Cathleen Rutz and she was so helpful even over the phone so I made an appt. I took all my paperwork in with me for my appointment and Cathleen was so patient and kind. She is very knowledgable and up to date on all the ins and outs of filing. And you want to talk about fast!!!! My tax return was ready for me to go in and sign within 48 hours! I gathered my forms, prepared a long list of questions I needed answered, and headed to Swansea to meet Chris. WOW, what great professional experience. Chris walked my wife and me through all the forms and paperwork, in less than an hour. All questions answered. Chris has a large computer monitor, we could watch him enter the data, and asked questions as he entered the data. I believe he saved us about $2,000, by entering the data into the proper forms.
