The first interaction occurred when I had an appointment with a neighboring business. The door was closed and specific instructions had been provided regarding when to enter. Erin ignored those instructions, entered anyway, and responded with a stream of profanity when the situation was addressed. At the time, I was nursing my child. She then left the door open to the front entrance, leaving me visible to anyone passing by. After that incident, I left a review and was directed to a company hotline rather than seeing any meaningful accountability or improvement. Unfortunately, the behavior has only continued to deteriorate. The businesses in this building work hard to maintain a calm, professional, and fragrance-free environment for clients. Erin was repeatedly and politely asked over several months to stop using strong air fresheners and wax melts that affected neighboring businesses and their clients. Rather than improving the situation, tensions have escalated. Most concerning is the apparent lack of regard for security and professionalism. I have personally observed Erin's boyfriend, who is not an employee, being given access to the office, including times when the office was closed. He has had access to the workspace, keys, and company computers. I have also witnessed him shouting obscenities at other professionals in the building. For a business that handles highly sensitive personal and financial information, this raises serious concerns. Tax preparation companies routinely possess Social Security numbers, income records, banking information, and other confidential documents. Seeing a non-employee with access to the office and equipment would make me uncomfortable as a client. If I were a customer of this location, I would strongly consider requesting confirmation of who has access to my records and monitoring my credit reports and accounts for any irregularities. While I have no direct knowledge that any client information has been misused, the lack of professional boundaries and apparent disregard for security practices would be enough to make me take precautions. The ongoing issues appear to stem from management and have created unnecessary conflict for neighboring businesses. Professionalism, respect for others, and basic courtesy should be expected from anyone representing a company. Based on my experience, those standards have not been met at this location.
