Had a bad experience at this Verizon just a few months ago. Had to go back to get my cell phone face cover repaired ( after just 6 weeks. I am happy to tell you they have added several new staff and they were excellent. "Devon" worked with me and he was outstanding. He listened to my situation, was quick to offer a very good solution and showed professionalism and care. He renewed my faith in Verizon. If you need to go in, be sure to ask for Devon. Don't do an in store pickup here if you have any other option. This was the only place with the phone I needed in-stock but I didn't expect such a hassle. Most of the problems may be limitations from Verizon since they're only an authorized retailer. Regardless, I was forced to activate a iPhone in the store that had already been paid in full online despite my requests to leave it unassociated with a line. Not only this, but they took no time to offer alternate solutions to my problem but just ignored me and continued with the process. With COVID especially (before masks were mandated), I was trying to make my visit as short as possible (for my sake and theirs). Use Best Buy. They aren't biased towards a carrier and I never have weird issues like this there. read more

This store in Hwy 2 was recommended to us specifically by two different people and I'm glad we listened. Dalton was great at a frantic time for us living in a trailer out in a field with no WiFi and a defunct data plan with a different carrier. I was going to to write a crappy review about said plan but Dalton was so professional and patient, even when I wiped my phone and had to go back the next day, I decided to focus on the positive and leave a great review about Cellular Plus instead. read more

Walked in and asked for help switching my old Verizon Iphone 4 to my Used/New-to-me Verizon Iphone 5S. The lady curtly responded, "Thats a SIM card issue, so only corporate can help you with that." I raised an eyebrow at her and asked, "Really? You guys don't deal with SIM cards?" "Nope." So I went home, called Corporate, and within 5 minutes my new 5S was connected and working, and the Corporate technician was surprised when I said the local store wouldn't help me, saying, "huh. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE!!!! I purchased two phones on a corporate account that holds 15 different phones. One phone's SIM card activated to the correct number and everything went fine with the set up. The new second phone required a new SIM card. Employee paired the second phone's SIM card to an another phone number (with similar last 3 digits-in spite of my repeated requests to double check setup). So, BOTH the new phone and an existing phone on corporate account WERE NOT OPERATIONAL the day after purchase of phone. I had two management personnel without communication to their team!! EMERGENCY! I called this store MULTIPLE TIMES. They would pick up the phone and hang up. I started calling at 9:00a.m and did not connect with a representative until 10:00a.m. I requested to speak with store manager and was told he would contact me after finishing with a customer. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM. I called again at 11:00a.m and was told the manager went to make a "deposit." I asked if someone else could help me and was flat out told "NO." I requested that store manager call me ASAP. I did not receive a call. Now, it is 1:00pm and still no call. I called back, another message taken. No response. I call again at 2:00p.m. and FINALLY talked with the manager Dalton, who informs me that a new SIM card is needed and to bring the phone back to the store. I am baffled, why can't they change in the system? Manager Dalton says he is in interviews from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and the person will need to be at the store after 5:00pm. I requested that another employee be authorized to help my employee and Dalton said "fine." My employee gets to the store and all other employee's refuse to help him because the "manager" needed to handle the problem and they could not help. I was also told the manager was "out to lunch." Talk about a lack of leadership and communication!! I would only give a 1/2 star (if I could) because the first representative was nice, not rude or condescending like Dalton and other representatives I talked too. I took the matter to a corporate representative and verizon fixed the problem WITHOUT replacing the SIM card. BEWARE......DO NOT EXPECT QUALITY SERVIICE FROM THIS STORE, IT'S MANAGER OR EMPLOYEES. do not go into, call or invest in this store... they are disrespectful to military veterans to the point of triggering and loss of time for vet. this review is due to the fact that the manager: dalton, lack of disply of professionalism in his position as manager of the verizon cellar one store highway 2 , his poor training skills on speaking to customers on the phone, his lack of leadership in controlling his personnel while conducting business on the phone, his thought process as a manager to think it is ok to speak to customers in a belittling way as to say "he is not in control of the weather and can not stop a storm just to get a delivery into the store" we as the customer understand he is a manager of a cell phone store, it takes a degree to be a meteorologist. 3/26/21 recently my father a veteran of the united states army of 27yrs whosuffers from extreme ptsd, he can function in public until someone gets to be rude, well he ordered a phone and was told that it would be in, in two days so we traveled to town like most that dont live close to kalispell , and hung around town doing errands at approximately twelve thirty he called verizon and requested info on his phone and the gentleman said it was not in and to call back as the shipment had not come in yet... so before leaving town, he called again and this employee was extremely rude and said nothing about the shipment when asked, he avoided the question and kept over talking my father, my fathers temper started rising, so he took a deep breath and paused and requested to speak to the manager.... it took about five minutes for dalton to get on the line, (which was good because that gave my father time to cool down and smoke a cig) when dalto returned to the phone is when the professionalism went further down hill. daltons acts of aggression on the phone with his tone, demeanor, and sarcastic unprofessionalism, and his lack of attention to detail in maintaining the discipline of his employees while he was on the phone with a customer is a display on this business. let alone it has taken time from my father as now he has had to isolate himself from everyone and everything, due to this ungrateful manager that does not know how to conduct business as an individual let alone a manager, rule number know your customer, know who your talking to, you dont know if your talking to a young child or a disable person you could put back into a situation that could cause the customer harm to himself. i hope everyone reads this and takes head. if this is how they take care of our veterans... lets not shop there... update... my father suggested he should just cancel the product and go else where, he just got an email from verizon that his order was canceled so again.... through the unprofessionalism, of not listening or just out of spite or disregard dalton took it upon himself to cancel my fathers item. read more

I made a purchase from these folks and while there, they suggested I sign up for their raffle. Turns out it was a cheap maneuver to gather phone numbers. Now I have to receive their promotion text periodically, it seems for the test of my life. I have asked 2 of their so called managers to take my name off their list. This place is RIDUCULOUS!!SCAM ARTISTS!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! After having been misrepresented, and lied to in July of 2015 by Manager Alyssa, we paid early termination fee, and returned Jet Pack. Over a year later after we had paid the bill IN FULL, AND returned the Jet Pack, we receive a notice from a collection agency saying we owed $224. 07. After numerous attempts to contact Cellular Plus corporate office, soaking with " Dani" I was told "Monica" is the ONLY PERSON in Cellular plus tgat deals with billing enquiries, and leaving numerous messages to have her return my calls, and getting no call back. Asking then, to Monica's supervisor only to be told her supervisor is the iwner of the company and HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS.....Then spoke to Bret who us the local manager at the Kalispell store, and was first told the reason for the charge is early termination fee, and then changing his story and saying it was because the Jet Pack was never returned.... He told me to contact Cellular Plus corporate office, which I told him I had to no avail, and told him my messages went unanswered. Called the collection agency, Collection Servic Company in Billings Montana who sent the ONLY correspondence we have received over a year after bill was paid in full. You cannot reach them witger. Answering main comes on, says to press number fir collections, and it rings, and rings, and you are unable to leave a message fir a call back. My next course of action is Better Business Bureau, to let them know how Cellular Plus does business, as well as how their inept collection agency does business, then I will contact Verizon corporate to let them know what a shoddy organization Cellular Plus is. NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE! This is what you'd call a "3rd party" Verizon store. I was told my Verizon bill would only go up by $20 by doing the Verizon Edge program and that I wouldn't end up paying the full amount for the cost of the phone and that I could cancel my contract at anytime. Once paperwork was signed I was told that if I chose to switch services, I have to pay off the remaining balance of the phone. Come to find out, I will be paying $40/month until my phone is paid off (mind you it's a $650 phone equaling about 1.5 years to pay off). I went in there originally to upgrade to a new phone and pay the $200 for the phone (discounted because I was upgrading), but was then mislead about the edge program. When I called back to talk with a manager about the situation (whom had set me up with this option originally) I was told she was with a customer and that she would call me back. She never called me back. I was also told that I would not be paying $15 to switch my phone number, but when my bill arrived this month I was charged the $15, so I called and told them what happened. The gal that answered said "We cannot refund things to your account, you'll have to call customer service by dialing 611." I replied to the gal that I would like to speak with the manager who set me up with the plan, to verify that she had told me I wouldn't pay the $15 fee. I was once again told that the manager was with a customer and I could call back or she could call me back. Bottom line, this is not a "real" Verizon store and they are certainly misrepresenting Verizon's name. I wouldn't waste your time with this store, may be a shorter line but you'll end up spending more time dealing with them after the fact than if you'd visited the real Verizon store and stood in line. read more
