She did an amazing job she calmed my mom down got all the paperwork organized went through everything very very thoroughly. She explained the whole process. She explained what my dad had been doing with his taxes and that was very helpful. I dropped off my files, and then got a call from Angela, who was preparing my returns. We set up an appointment for the following week. Then she call me back a day or two later and said, "hey if you can come in today, I can still get you the 2020 incentive. But it has to be filed today!" I went over after work, and she went ahead and filed all 7 years, will 3 incentives that I missed from COVID. I cannot tell you how at ease I was, she was so thoughtful, and treated me with such dignity and kindness. I will go back once all 7 years are processed so they can help me set up a payment program. This year there was an issue with my clean car tax credit due the JH's software. I ended up getting it back directly from Carvana 2 weeks later. Due to this the IRS still hasn't released the remainder of my $7800 return. My coworker went to H&R Block and was able to get her 4k clean car credit filed electronically and get her full return back in less than 10 days. JH said I had to file by snail mail. I guess I k ow where I'm going next year, anywhere but this Jackson Hewitt location.
