Helping me with this would have reduced the final bill and proven her work was accurate in that one instance. The owner refused to help in any way, stating that my taxes are no longer her responsibility. This is not only frustrating but completely unethical. If you make a mistake on a client's return, you have a responsibility to help them fix it, especially when they paid you for a professional service. Tina was able to sort them out and get the department of taxation and the IRS off my company's back. They also completely re-vamped our quickbooks and accounting system, helping us to save time and money. One thing I wish was different was their relationship with ADP. In my experience, ADP has been nothing but problems and if Las Vegas Bookkeeping were able to offer other options for payroll it would make the client experience even better. I sent all of those to her never heard anything back from her which as a potential Client ghosting somebody after they just gave bank statements then ghost them is not a good feeling. This puts a lot of worry on us business owners maybe it's a scam oh my gosh, she has my information, etc.. I text her on multiple occasions to get in touch. She's ignoring me.
