Yes, the area of town we have to travel to is out of the way and its an older area downtown but the professionalism and courtesy my husband and I, my daughter, and our business have received go far beyond our greatest expectations. I was referred to Dionne by a friend that currently uses her services for tax preparation. After going through three tax years with another accountant that had our business and personal taxes so messed up, we thought we would give Reliable Tax Service a try. After an initial consultation and presentation of our personal and business taxes for the past two years, Dionne sifted through the mass of papers and returns and found major errors and omissions in the way our taxes were prepared and immediately started making corrections. I particularly like the fact that her office is open several days per week, pretty much all day during off tax season, so if you have questions or need tax advice, she or her other office staff are there. I never had this customer service experience with my other accountant because the office was only open 2 days per week during off tax season and only for 4 hours those days. They also never returned phone calls. I highly recommend this business to everyone who is dissatisfied with their current accountant. You won't be disappointed. When I filed my extension they said I should put down a deposit, but that is only if you'll be paying in. After having them incorrectly list that I owned a business the past 4 years! Tina was able to sort them out and get the department of taxation and the IRS off my company's back. They also completely re-vamped our quickbooks and accounting system, helping us to save time and money. One thing I wish was different was their relationship with ADP. In my experience, ADP has been nothing but problems and if Las Vegas Bookkeeping were able to offer other options for payroll it would make the client experience even better.
