Unfortunately, because my taxes are a bit complicated, I guess he couldn't handle it and decided to stop responding. I never heard back from him again. I mean, come on--you could have at least told me you couldn't do it instead of just disappearing. Very unprofessional. If you decide to use his service, be careful. We filed almost 2 months ago and still haven't received our taxes and there is no record that they were even filed. Every time we call they told us they fixed it, yet they haven't. It has just been excuse after excuse- "we didn't sign our forms" (we definitely did), "we didn't pay them" (we definitely did!), "it was too early to file", the owner is "too busy" to talk to us, our tax accountant is never working or is also "busy". Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
